In the unlikely event of a complaint, customers can be reassured that we provide an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service if they remain dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute in relation to service and repair. This service is offered by the National Conciliation Service (NCS). Established since 1964, the NCS is accredited by the Chartered Trading Standards Institution under the Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.
